Dart Backboard Wine Cork
Got inspired and needed a backboard for my dart board to avoid holes in my wall and because it looks cool.
Build
Was pretty simple to build, even though it took quite some time to cut the wine corks in half and glue them in place.
In order to make cutting the wine corks easier, I soaked them in boiling water. Also smelled pretty nice.
I didn't take any pictures of assembling the pieces of wood since it was so quick. The backboard itself is 75cm x 75cm x 1cm. The wood for the frame was pretty
I used some pieces of wood as spacers for the actual dartboard. The wine corks basically go behind the dartboard. This had the advantage that I didn't have to cut them precisely as I could simply glue them behind the board.
